The first step: choose the appropriate construction conditions
1. During construction, it is advisable to construct in sunny weather (the ambient temperature is 8 ℃-35 ℃, and the relative humidity should be lower than 85%).
During construction, the wall humidity should not exceed 12%, and the PH value should not exceed 10.
3. During construction, the surface must be intact, clean, rust-free, dust-free, free of grease and other stains.
The second step: the appropriate surface treatment
New Wall
Remove dust, grease and loose mud on the surface. If there are cracks and cracks on the surface, please repair them with appropriate proportion of batch ash or putty powder.
The Old Wall
1, remove the wall peeling loose paint or coating, putty, stain and dust;
2, with the appropriate proportion of batch ash or putty, putty powder and other products to repair the wall cracks, cracks, fall off the smooth;
3. If there is mold on the surface of the coated part (coated with paint or coating) of the wall surface, it is recommended to treat the moldy position with the wall mold remover (recommend chrysanthemum brand mold remover warrior), and then repair the wall surface according to the above steps.
The third step: brush primer
Paint primer on the treated substrate, the choice of primer: it is recommended to use it with topcoat to make the wall painting effect better. Primer BrushingOne layer is enough. (The primer can be diluted with a certain proportion of water before painting, and the specific proportion can refer to the product specification of the paint packaging tank body)
The fourth step: painting paint
In order to achieve the best painting effect, a certain proportion of clear water must be added before painting the wall paint (the proportion of clear water added to each wall paint is different, and it is recommended to mix the proportion according to the instructions of the wall paint product can body). Generally, it is recommended to paint at least two layers or more, and the effect is better.
Step 5: Maintenance
1. After the construction of the topcoat, it should be maintained at room temperature (generally 25 ℃) for more than 7 days. When the temperature is low, the maintenance time should be extended accordingly.
2, during the maintenance of the wall should avoid cleaning or damage to the paint film.
